Excellent care, great communication, and lovely people. Our cat has been treated here for the usual annual check ups and shots, has had his teeth cleaned, and was helped during a health emergency a few years ago from which he emerged in great shape. You can trust them with your animals, and it's always a pleasant experience too.

Such wonderful people and fantastic service. My babies are particularly and the staff here is great. Everything you look for in a great doctor can be expected here. Great covid protocol in place. Fast, efficient, reliable service. Highly recommend. I've owned dogs my whole life and have had many different experiences and I can say, whole heartedly, that this place is above and beyond. To the staff here, a big thank you, and please keep up the tremendous work you do. My babies thank you too.

I’m going to differ from recent reviews. I too have been going to Bramer for over twenty years and my six cats and I loved Drs. Schoen and Swiatkowski. Only one of my cats is still alive and is currently 23 years old. Dr. Malin at Bramer saved her life this Thanksgiving and everyone at Bramer has been perfectly accommodating to her needs and my neuroses (and schedule) ever since. She is now on the correct medication for her condition and is thriving. The receptionists, Adrienne, Morgan and Nina are incredibly polite, efficient and kind ( far better than receptionists under the previous ownership). The techs are kind and capable. Dr.Jimenez followed up the next day with instructions after my cat’s bloodwork was done. And her medication was ready for pick up immediately. Although there may have been some inefficiency during the transition of ownership ( according recent reviews) things are operating normally now.

I’ve been frustrated with the limited hours since the new ownership but when I got my two cats there, it was the most thorough and informative exam they’ve ever had. The vets and techs clearly love animals and care about schooling owners in giving the best lives for their pets.

All staff very friendly. Customer service oriented. Dr. Jesse Navatta took time to thoroughly explain everything to me in language I could understand. Very patient. Made sure all my questions were answered. My kitty got the best medical check-up.

The care & information I received from dropoff to pickup for my cat’s dental procedure was excellent! All my questions answered and I was provided updates throughout. My cat is already back to playing with her toys & eating well a day after the procedure. The post op instructions reviewed with me, I was provided a paper copy & are very clear to follow. Very helpful staff throughout!
